The Head to Head Walk Run is a major fundraiser for the Crescent Head Lions Club. The event is a 5km, 10km, 15km or 20km walk along the beach and coastline of Crescent Head. In 2019 the event is raising money to support Macleay Valley Coast Diabetes.
