Ultra Trail Gold Coast is Australia's longest trail race. Formerly known as the Nerang 100 and 200 miler, the Ultra Trail Gold Coast now offers a head spinning 500km distance. In addition, there are multiple ultra distances on offer.
The Blue Pyrenees Magic Bike Ride s a Rotary Club of Maryborough charity event raising funds for the Maryborough and District community. In 2019 the event will take place on the 27th of September. There are two distances on offer, a 113km and a 46km option.
Mitas Terra in the Berra is a 3 day mountain bike event held in Canberra. Day 1 begins with an XCO race at Majura Pines with the option to choose one 7. 5km lap or take on three laps and 22. 5km.

The Queensland Triathlon Series kicks off with an open water swim at Robina on the 28th of September. The event has three distances on offer: 500m, 1000m and 1500m. The open water swim can be added on to any Queensland Triathlon Series race or entered separately.
Taking place on the 28th and 29th of September, the Hounslow Classic is a 68km ultra distance marathon or half marathon through the stunning Blue Mountains in NSW. Starting and finishing in Blackheath, participants will traverse the amazing Grose Valley.
