Due to Covid-19 the Moreton Bay Triathlon due to take place on the the 19th of April 2020 has been split into two events. The standalone Moreton Bay Triathlon has been postponed to the 9th of May 2021.
Taking place from the 10th to the 11th of October 2020, the Airlie Beach Triathlon offers olympic, sprint and enticer distances as well as a junior tri for the kids. In addition, the weekend includes an ocean swim with distances of 2km, 750m and 300m for kids.
Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink Sunshine Coast has been postponed from the original date of 29th March 2020 to the 11th of October 2020. The Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink Series consists of six fun triathlon events in various locations throughout Australia.
The Sunsmart Busselton Festival of Triathlon due to take place from the 1st - 3rd of May 2020 has been postponed until the 17th of October.

Race 5 and Race 6 of the 2XU Triathlon Series 2019/20 series have a new date of 25th October 2020. The event at Green Point, Brighton will be the series finale.
Triathlon Pink returns to Perth on the 1st of November 2020. The event will be held at the Western Australia Athletics Stadium.

Returning in November 2020, the Long Course Weekend Jervis Bay offers a long course Triathlon over two days in stunning Jervis Bay, just 3 hours south of Sydney. On Saturday morning the long course triathlon begins with a 4km swim in the beautiful waters of Jervis Bay.
Triathlon Pink Brisbane is heading to the Sleeman Centre on the 29th of November 2020.
The Kingscliff Triathlon is held biannually with the first event scheduled on the 29th of November 2020. The event offers junior distances as well as Tempta, Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons.
The Yamba Triathlon Festival in Northern New South Wales returns on the 5-6th of December 2020. The event includes a 5km fun run, an ocean swim as well as a sprint and tempta triathlon and a junior triathlon.
Triathlon Pink returns to Melbourne on the 17th of January 2021. The event will be held at Albert Park and the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.
The TreX Snowy Mountains Triathlon takes place on 20 February 2021. The event is also run in conjunction with the Snowies Trail Run Festival. Distances include:

The 28th annual Sparke Helmore Newcastle City Triathlon will return on the 21st of February 2021. The event will be staged from the Queens Wharf area on Newcastle Harbour, one of the most picturesque courses in Australia.
Triathlon Pink Gold Coast returns on the 21st of February 2021.
The Barwon Heads Tri will take place on the 28th of February 2021 in Barwon Heads, Victoria. The 400m swim leg is in calm protected waters on the South Side of the Barwon Heads Bridge.
The Tweed Coast Enduro is a longer length triathlon for those training for longer distance triathlons or looking for a PB. The event is held in Pottsville in Northern New South Wales and capitalises on the beautiul views along the Tweed Coast.
X-Adventure Dunsborough will return on the 10-11th of April 2021 after the 2020 event was cancelled due to Covid-19. X-Adventure Dunsborough is the ultimate mix of triathlon and adventure racing; featuring ocean swimming, trail running and mountain bike riding.
Ultraman Australia will return on the 8-10th May 2021. Ultraman Australia is a three-day, 515km ultra distance triathlon. The event starts and finishes at Noosa Heads beach on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. The event is broken up into four stages.
The Byron Bay Tri will return on the 8th of May 2021. The Byron Bay Tri is regarded as one of the friendliest, most scenic triathlons in Australia, attracting around 1,200 competitors from around the world.
