The Warburton Trail Festival will return from the 9-11 March 2024. The event includes multiple distance options including 50km ultra, 25km, 21km, 14km, 9km and a 5km and 3km. 

The Lumberjack Ultra 50km includes approximately 1200m of ascent starting from the village of Powelltown and finishing at Warburton. The course traverses an old lumberjack route that linked Warburton and the mountainous logging forests between Big Pats Creek and Powelltown.
