The Marysville Marathon Festival has been supporting the Marysville community recovery since 2009 when the devastating Black Sunday bush fires destroyed the town and many other districts. The event includes a number of running and walking options from 4km through to the 50km ultra on scenic valley trails and forest tracks, passing rivers and waterfalls.
