The Simpson Desert Bike Challenge
The Simpson Desert Bike Challenge is a five-day event staged across the Australian Simpson Desert. The 2022 event will take place from the 27th of September to the 1st of October. Each Race day has 2 stages - approximately 75km morning and a 45km afternoon stage. Riders can compete as a solo or in a relay team. The course traverses sand dunes, salt lakes, vast cattle stations and gibber plains.
