Alpine Classic 2024 - Event Cancelled
The Alpine Classic due to take place in 2024 on the 19th and 20th of January has been cancelled.
The event offers eight different routes from 60km through to 320km.
The 60km Mount Beauty Ride includes 1,300m of climbing as you ride from Bright and head over Tawonga Gap to Mount Beauty, and then return over the Gap to Bright.
The 320km Ultimate Alpine Challenge is described as the longest, toughest, single day Alpine road ride in Australia. With 5,500m of climbing over four major peaks, this ride is not for the faint hearted and requires a serious level of fitness.
There are two 250km rides available. The 250km Alpine Raid takes place over two days with 4,200m of climbing and three major climbs. The 250km ACE ride is the same as the 250km Alpine Raid however, the route is covered in one day instead of two.
